Contract
SHF requires a non-refundable 1/3 (one third) of the selling price deposit on dogs. Quoted prices accompanying this contract and / or verbal contracts are good for 10 days from the date of the contract, at which time we reserve the right to increase them. In order to be fair to everyone, we take deposits on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in any Summer Hope dogs currently for sale , we suggest you call or E-mail us immediately and place a reservation on that dog(s). We must receive your deposit on said dogs within 7 days of your verbal reservation.
All of our dogs are sold with AKC Limited registration papers or appropriate registration applications, health records showing known vaccinations and worming . You have the option at your own expense to have a prepurchase examination or five days to take the dog to your own vet. Buyer fully agrees that any and all legal action, suits or arbitration resulting from this sale will take place in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the county of Wayne.
This is a contract written this date of , 200- by and between Margot Spangenberg, herein referred to as seller and herein referred to as buyer.
Whereas seller is the true legal owner or agent of the dog(s) listed below, and herein referred to as the dog(s), and whereas buyer desires to and intends to purchase these dogs from seller.
Therefore , in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and with full intent to become legally bound, seller and buyer agree as follows:
The buyer will be responsible for providing suitable safe transport for this dog. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the above dog as soon as it is removed from the premises. The buyer will assume all monetary responsibilities for any incurred expenses as soon as picked up, ie. Transport, feed, housing, vetting, etc.
The seller will guarantee a healthy dog with no congenital abnormalities and will replace a dog with a puppy from a future litter or refund the purchase price, but will not take any responsibility for any actions by the buyer from the time the dog leaves Summer Hope Farm. We here at Summer Hope Farm hope you enjoy your new dog for many years to come. It is our goal to provide a healthy, loving dog, be it a pet or a show prospect. Good luck and do keep in touch.
