What color or color(s) are you most interested in?
Are you looking for a performance dog, show dog, or family pet?
How many people live in your home? Please list names and ages.
Do you have other pets? If so, please list. If dogs or cats, are they spayed/neutered?

Have you researched this breed and are you aware of the health issues that are possible with this breed? If so, are there any health issues that concern you?
What breeds of dogs do you have experience with and in what capacity?
Our Cavaliers are sold on a spay/neuter contract, that requires you have your Cavalier spayed/neutered. We recommend waiting until the puppy is mature at about 1 year of age and not sooner. Is this something you are willing to do?
For the past 5 years we have been researching the harmful effects of vaccinating. We now recommend very limited vaccines. Conventional veterinarians are vaccinating yearly and it is causing more harm than good and shortening life spans. Is this limited vaccination something you are willing to research and discuss with us? Please comment.
Does anyone in your household smoke?
