Obligations Of Purchaser/New Owner:
Agrees to provide loving caring home & proper vet care at all times. (Puppy is to be taken to vet within 48 hours of receiving.) All vet bills are at the new owners expense. AKC/UKC papers are to be properly filed by time puppy is 8 months. Has adequate safe fenced yard for puppy. Puppy is NOT to be tied or chained outside. Agrees to provide adequate exercise & obedience training for puppy. All first time Dobe owners MUST attend obedience class with puppy and, Basic heeling w/o pulling on lead, Sit, stay, come are considered basic and are a MUST. They are to Crate puppy when not directly supervising. Maintain proper socialization & interaction with others. Agrees that all pet puppies will be spayed/neutered no later than 8 months & never bred. Puppy is released (9 -10 wks) Boarding fee will apply if puppy is kept longer than original projected delivery date. Agrees to feed quality dog food i.e. Natural Choice, Eagle Pack, Innova, Nature�s Receipe , Black Gold Dog Food) Protein should be around 22% to 24% at most.
All paperwork and registration papers are to be signed and returned with the puppy and is responsible for any and all cost involved recovery/rehabilitation placement of said pet
RETURN POLICY: Buyer agrees to return puppy at their expense to breeder if for any reason they cannot be maintained for any reason.
Obligations Of Breeder/Seller
1. . Wanda Hodges Hickman and/or its agent has the right to inspect dog & premises at anytime there is concern about the safety and well being of the dog without prior notice & to recover such dog as deemed necessary due to any breech of contract. Buyer is subject to a 4,5000.00 fine if any Hickman Dobermans is sold/transferred to a third party, turned into a pound, neglected or abused in anyway or pet puppy is bred, or breed to a white z factored Doberman. I understand that Hickman Dobermans/Wanda Hodges Hickman will make all puppy placement assignments & can substitute a puppy of equal quality from another source at her digression.
2. The Seller certify to the good health of this puppy and furnishes a medical record . The seller certifies that this puppy has been carefully raised, socialized, nurtured. The seller will do all possible to assist the purchaser, via consultation and recommendations to help this puppy reach its full potential.

Failure of the New Owner/Purchaser to live up to any of the terms of this agreement will entitle the seller to reclaim the Doberman and its registration papers and to not be further obligated to the purchaser in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to no obligation to refund any previously paid money.
No other guarantees, affirmations or bonds apply, either expressed, written or implied. The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina, to the exclusion of any forum and constitutes the entire agreement between parties.
