This guarantee is to the person stated above and is void once the puppy is sold or transferred to another person.
We guarantee our puppies to be in good health to the best of our knowledge and all shots to be up-to-date. No guarantee is made on health problems or defects that cannot be detected by a veterinarian at date of sale.
To validate this guarantee, purchaser must have a veterinarian examine the puppy within 24 hours of the date of purchase. In the event of a weekend sale, a veterinarian must see the puppy the next business day. In the unlikely event there should be a serious defect, we must be notified by phone the same day. The puppy and a signed letter from the examining veterinarian is required, within 48 hours of diagnosis, at buyers’ expense. We will then have our veterinarian re-examine the puppy. If our veterinarian finds the same problem, the puppy will be exchanged for a comparable puppy, when next available. Only serious defects, which are incurable or fatal, constitute the exchange of a puppy. If our veterinarian does not find the same problem, the purchaser pays our vet bill for the re-examination, & no exchange will be made. No refunds are given. No guarantee is made to size, color, or breeding capability.
If we ship a puppy to you, we cannot be responsible for the condition of the puppy once we turn it over to the airlines. We guarantee, with the veterinarian health certificate, that the puppy is healthy & able to be transported. We make no guarantees on its' condition upon its' arrival to you. In the unlikely event a puppy dies during transportation, since this is something out of our control, unfortunatley, we cannot make an exchange for this. No refunds are given. No exchanges made, except as listed above. To prevent any financial loss, the puppy will be insured with the airlines.
Puppies are like children; they are susceptible to infections and common illnesses. Problems such as diarrhea, coccidiosis, worms, etc. are common & must be treated. Common illnesses that can be cured with medication and veterinary care are not covered. All vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer.
