This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at time of purchase. Buyer has the option to take the puppy to his/her veterinarian within 4 business days of purchase to have puppy examined. If the puppy is found to have a life threatening defect, buyer may return puppy for a full refund of purchase amount within that time frame. Puppy must be returned with a written statement from veterinarian explaining the defect, registration papers and any other papers given by seller. Seller is not liable for any veterinarian fees incurred, for any reason, after puppy leaves Seller.
Seller assumes no liability for viruses, parasites(internal or external) or bacteria’s after puppy leaves Seller.
Buyer agrees to continue to follow a vaccination and deworming routine after purchase.
If this puppy is found to have a life threatening hereditary defect within 2 years of purchase date, seller will replace the puppy with one of same value when available. No cash refunds.
Seller does not guarantee the size , color, coat or future breeding ability(if purchased with full registration) of puppy. Seller gives the best estimate known based on parent size .If purchasing a dilute color(blue, isabella,etc.) , seller is not liable for alopecia.
Puppy may be returned at anytime for in the event buyer cannot keep him/her. No refund will be made upon return.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, seller will at No time refund shipping charges after shipping date.
It is further agreed that no other agreement, warranty or representation has been made .
