Hi, this is an application for a Riley Ranch Kennels, puppy. What type of housing arrangements do you currently have? IE Rent, Own, Apartment, and If renting will you be able to get a signed document from your landlord saying that pets are allowed?
Do you have children, If so what are the ages?
We do not breed for blue eyes, or certain coat colors. Therefor we cannot and will not guarantee either. Is this understood?
Do you have any other pets currently? If so what breed,sex, and are they spayed/neutered?
Have you ever owned a Siberian husky before? If so how long? If not have you done extensive research on the breed?
Do you keep up with all vaccinations and heart wormer? Would your personal Vet be a reference we could check?
Have you ever taken a dog to the pound or back to its breeder or rescue? If yes, what were the circumstances?
What are your reasons for wanting a Siberian Husky?
Are you willing to take responsibility for this dog for the next 10 - 15 years?
Where will your dog live? Inside, Outside or both?
Can you describe were you dog will be kept? What kind of fencing, how high and what material?
If you work outside the home, where will your Siberian Husky spend its time while you are away from home? Where will your Siberian Husky stay if you go on vacation or suddenly become ill?
How did you find us or hear about us?
We require all Pet pups to be spayed or neutered. We mark the box limited registration on their AKC registration papers. Do you have a problem with this? If so why?
Do you understand Siberians love to dig, do not make good watchdogs, and need a lot of exercise, and cannot be left alone for long periods of time? Do you realize this is not an understatement at all?
Our dogs are sold on contract, will this be a problem?
We require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 250.00, will this be a problem?
If you move and cannot take the dog, we require first right of refusal. Will this be a problem? Also we require a current address and phone at all times, will this be okay?
Are there any city codes or pet restrictions regarding pets in your community?
What would you do if your pet was lost or stolen?
Why would you like to add a Siberian husky to your family at this time?
What qualities are you looking for in the Husky that you would like to adopt? Be specific (very active vs. couch potato; do you want to do obedience work/agility/Show etc.) This is so we can make the best match possible. Is this more important to you than coat or eye color?
What do you expect to be the worst and/or hardest part about adopting a Siberian Husky, and how do you plan to deal with/address it?
Are you aware that Siberians shed A LOT, think trash bags full. Will this be a problem?

Have you done research on how Siberians are stubborn and cannot be trusted in non fenced in areas and cannot be trusted off leash?
