The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. Puppy Guarantee and Sales Contract

For a price of $________, Breeder agrees to sell purchaser a golden retriever puppy whelped _____/_____/_____ with 50% title rebate from any of the following, AKC UKC GRCA HRC or NAHRA

Puppy should be taken to purchaser�s vet within the first 2 weeks of purchase. If puppy is found to have any serious defect that would prevent said puppy from being a sound pet, puppy may be returned to breeder for replacement or refund.
Breeder has taken care to mate two dogs that have genetic clearances and sound temperaments. Puppy is guaranteed for Hereditary Hip Dysplasia, Eye Defects causing failed CERF certification, and Heart Defects: OFA, CERF and a Board Certified Canine Cardiologist will be the sole judge in determination of defect.
Guarantee will be a replacement puppy from a future litter, or a pro-rated refund deducting 5% of the purchase price per month, with puppy remaining with owner. Proof of spay/neutering must be sent to breeder. Should owner not wish to keep puppy, breeder will take puppy back and place in a new home. This guarantee is in effect until puppy reaches the age of 24 months.
Purchaser agrees to limited registration until the puppy is two years of age and the purchaser has obtained a certification of hips from OFA or PENN.
Purchaser agrees to provide a super premium dog food, proper veterinary care, socialization, attention to puppy throughout it�s entire life, shade, water, and shelter from the elements. Purchaser agrees to use only daily heartworm preventative and natural/organic insect repellants on puppy.
Should owner no longer wish to own puppy, breeder must be contacted first. Breeder may keep dog/bitch or place him/her in a suitable home.
Breeder will be available to owner for lifetime support. Should any questions arise, owner is encouraged to call Breeder for help and advice. Breeder wishes to be notified by email, phone, letter and pictures of puppy�s progress and change of address.
