Buyer shall pay a purchase price of $1,500.00 and shipping charges of $350.00 and related expenses with regard to the delivery of the puppy to the Buyer. Payments or deposits from Buyer(s) are non refundable once they have been received by Seller. If shipped Buyer agrees to accept the puppy as it arrives and to be on time according to flight schedule.
Buyer certifies that he/she is buying this dog for him/herself, to keep, nurture and cherish for the entire lifetime of the dog, and is not acting as an agent for another party.
The first seven letters of this dog's AKC registered name will be INTATTO. Buyer agrees to AKC register this dog to his/her own self within 60 days of purchase.
This dog is being sold in good health. If a veterinarian issues a written statement that the dog is not in good health, the dog may be returned to Seller within 48 hours of the time of receipt. Seller guarantees this dog against fatal or crippling inheritable disorders for the first year of it's life, hips to pass OFA at age 24 months. Should an inheritable disorder be found Buyer will furnish written proof of such condition along with a certificate of spay/neuter signed by a licensed OFA veterinarian. Then and only then, will Seller replace it with another of the same sex and equal or better quality minus any shipping fees when one becomes available. Entropion can be caused by factors other than genetics therefore Seller offers no guarantee against it. NO REPLACEMENT GIVEN IF DOG HAS BEEN BRED.
This dog is being sold with AKC limited registration as a pet/companion animal only. Should Buyer decide to spay/neuter this dog it will not be done prior to the dog reaching 6 months of age. Buyer agrees to never breed this animal. Buyer is aware of potential damages to Intatto bloodlines if at any time this dog is bred. If the dog is bred by accident or intent Seller can and will collect damages of not less than $3,000.00 per puppy produced regardless of viability out of this dog.
In the event Buyer wishes to sell this dog at a later date, Seller will have a 7 day right of first refusal. It is also agreed that Buyer will not have the dog destroyed for any reason other than extreme illness, to be determined by a licensed veterinarian. The dog shall not be left at a shelter, Humane Society, or rescue. If for any reason, at any time, Buyer decides to not keep the dog, it may be returned to Seller. AKC registration or application for registration and signed supplemental transfer form transferring ownership to Seller will accompany the dog. No refund or replacement will be given.
This dog is to be kept in a healthy environment, supplying good food, shelter and proper veterinary care. This dog is not to be kept on a chain or a rope at anytime and should have a fenced yard or be walked on a regular basis. Seller shall be entitled to repossess this dog if evidence is provided that this dog is receiving inhumane treatment. No refund or replacement will be given.
Release of Liability and Indemnification
In purchasing this dog, I agree that I am to be solely responsible for this dog and to indemnify and hold Intatto Chow Chows, and Lisa Celli, and any employees of Intatto Chow Chows or Lisa Celli, harmless from any and all claims of liability for the conduct of this dog on and after the date of this contract. I further agree and intend that this release of liability and indemnification shall apply to all known, unknown and unanticipated damages resulting from my purchase, ownership and control of such animal.
Buyer agrees that he/she will pay for all costs and attorney fees of any litigation arising from the sale of this dog, and that the sale is taking place within the state of Texas and is subject to Texas law.
