The Breeder guarantees this puppy to be in good health, to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. Within 72 hours of receiving puppy, purchaser must have puppy checked by a licensed Veterinarian (at purchasers expense) to validate this agreement. If puppy is not Vet checked within 72 hours of receiving puppy, sale is FINAL. If the Veterinarian finds any physical limitations wrong with the puppy, (a letter must be provided from such Veterinarian and validated by Breeders Veterinarian ), the puppy will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value at once or as soon as one becomes available or a refund will be honored for purchase price. ALL refunds are at the discretion of the Breeder. The puppy must be returned to the Breeder at purchasers expense within 48 hours of examination or sale is FINAL.
