My purpose for buying this purebred Shih Tzu is for companionship only. It is distinctly understood that it shall not be used for breeding by me, or any other person. Should I be unable to keep this dog for any reason, I will contact the breeders, who will either take the dog back, or assist me in finding a home they would find suitable for him. I, the buyer, agree to have this dog neutered/spayed at or about 5 months of age.
