To the best of my knowledge and belief, the puppy sold to you is in sound health and free from communicable diseases, at the time of sale.  Upon taking possession of the above canine you agree to have this dog Neutered/Spayed between the ages of 5-9 months. The puppy you purchased comes with a limited registration and is for pet only.
