The health guarantee shown is posted by this member. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content and satisfaction of this guarantee. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any health guarantee.
The seller guarantees this dog to be of sound health at the time of this sale. The purchaser agrees to take this dog to a licensed vererinarian of his choice whithin 48 hours of possession for a physical examination. Should the puppy be determined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the puppy may, upon written diagnosis from said veterinarian, be returned for a refund of the purchase price or for another puppy of equal value, the choice to be determined by the seller.
Any veterinarian's diagnosis shall be subject to conformation by a veterinarian chosen and paid for by the seller. Should said veterinarian not concur with the diagnosis, the matter shall be presented to a third veterinarian mutually agreed upon by the seller and the purchaser.

Buyer accepts full responsibility for proper care of said puppy/adult once it leaves the breeder. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Maintenance of a proper diet.
* Taking puppy/adult to a qualified veterinarian when warranted.
* Keeping puppy/adult up to date on all required shots.
* Keeping puppy/adult as an indoor dog/house dog, and member of the family.
* Provide adequated training and socialization.
* Preventing and type of abuse including tie-outs,extended periods of crating without relief, and chaining.
* Prong collars: the use of prong collars is not recommended for everday use and should be used only for training under supervision of a reputable, professional dog trainer.
* NO ACEPROMAZINE is to be administered to this puppy/adult for any reason. Advise your vet of this stipulation, as this drug has been known to cause death in Boxers
