Puppies that are found by your veterinarian to have significant medical problems may be returned for a (1) full refund or (2) replacement puppy. A written statement from the veterinarian stating the exact nature of the problem and its long-term significance to the overall health of the pet. Guarantee is not valid unless documentation is provided directly from your veterinarian to us.
Your puppy is also guaranteed for hereditary hip and eye problems for 24 months.
