Puppies need training and tons of attention to become the "wonderful adult pet" you are expecting. Are you willing to put the time and energy into the training your puppy?
The life span of a Mini Schnauzer can be as much as 12-15 years (or more). Are you willing to keep your pet for this long?

The Miniature Schnauzer, although a sturdy dog is not meant to be kept in an outdoor area. We love our little dogs and puppies very much. It is very important to us where they spend the remainder of their lives. If you are not able to keep your puppy in the house, please do not purchase a miniature schnauzer.....it's just too hard on them to be in the cold all winter.
