It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

We accept $100.00 deposits after an ultrasound confirms puppies. Deposits are 100% refundable, for any reason, until the puppy is 10 weeks old.

You may return the puppy within five days of purchase, for 100% refund, for any reason.

Proven competition homes always get first picks. Companion puppies are sold on AKC Limited Registration.

We offer a three year health guarantee against congenital defects. Replacement puppy (You do NOT have to give us your dog back) or full refund (Breeder's choice) given after you send us proof of spay/neuter. Guarantee is void if the dog is ever bred.
