The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. A contract is signed stating that puppy is healthy and guaranteed to have up to date innoculations. Puppies come with a 5 generation pedigree. Puppies that are guaranteed to register with JRTCA also have a stipulation that if they do not register because of a defect(bad bite, Patellas, one testicle, etc),pup will be replaced or buyer will get partial refund. Buyer must give Long Creek first refusal if he or she decides to sell pup, and we take our dogs back from buyer if dog does not work out for the buyer.
