To be eligible for guarantee, pup is to be vet checked within 3 BUSINESS DAYS of purchase or guarantee is VOID. This guarantee IS NOT transferrable to anyone other then original buyer. If pup has MAJOR problems during guarantee period, seller should be notified IMMEDIATELY and BE INCLUDED IN DECISION MAKING PROCESS pertaining to the medical care for the pup, or guarantee is VOID. Seller not responsible for any vet bills while pup is in buyer's possession.
Pup is guaranteed until one year of age against congenital or genetic defects. Buyer responsible for all expenses incurred in return of pup. Proof of problem is to be sent to Seller ASAP, Buyer will get replacement pup of equal value when one becomes available. If pup has died from genetic or congenital defect, proof of up-to-date vet care (shots & other routine vet care) may be required to rule out neglect. Buyer must send certification (autopsy required only if vet is unsure of actual cause of death) to Seller within 6 weeks of pup‘s death.
Should puppy die from communicable disease (this does not include parasites or hypoglycemia, see paragraph below) within 14 days of purchase & buyer promptly sought treatment by certified veterinarian, & said vet certifies in writing that the pup was thought to have been exposed to the disease prior to leaving our kennel, buyer will get FULL refund of PURCHASE PRICE of puppy within 45 days of certification of death (or autopsy report, whichever comes last). Buyer must send certification (autopsy required only if vet is unsure of actual cause of death) to Seller within 6 weeks of pup‘s death.
RULES FOR BUYER GETTING LIMITED AKC: If pup is being bought at pet price with limited AKC, pup is to be spayed/neutered by seven months of age and once proof of spay/neuter has been furnished to seller, buyer will receive AKC papers (marked limited).
RULES FOR BUYER GETTING FULL AKC: Buyer states that none of the offspring from the dog represented in this contract will be sold to a pet shop or wholesale broker. In the event that buyer should breach this contract, Seller will impose 500.00 fine per puppy sold to pet shop or broker, and confiscate the dog represented by this contract. Male pups are guaranteed until 6 months of age against un-descended testicles. Pup to be returned at buyer's expense by 7 months of age, replacement pup of equal value sent at Buyer’s expense when one becomes available.
If Buyer cannot keep pup for any reason, Seller is often willing to buy dog back. Buyer will be refunded up to half of the purchase price (plus up to 175 dollars toward actual shipping) within 14 days of return of dog & all paperwork. If I am unable or unwilling to buy dog back, I am always happy to take dog back & rehome or help buyer rehome dog if buyer doesn’t want to send it back to me. NEVER CAN BUYER TURN DOG OVER TO HUMANE SOCIETY, POUND, PET SHOP, BROKER, RESCUE!
NOTE: There is no guarantee on temperament. There is no guarantee against stress, hypoglycemia or parasites after the sale. These factors are beyond my control once pup leaves my posession. Tiny pups are prone to hypoglycemia. We do out best to make sure the transition to new home goes smoothly but we can't guarantee it! It's buyer's responsibility to read up on how to care for puppies before they purchase one, but I am always here to answer questions if you need me.
All my pups are sold primarily as companion pets. There is no show guarantee, there is no breeding guarantee. I do not promise your dog will be a good breeder or show dog in the future.
