Additionally, there is a pet overpopulation problem and the breeder does not want this puppy to contribute to that problem.

The Buyer should have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days to determine that the puppy is healthy and of suitable temperament. If the Buyer is dissatisfied with the puppy, she must be returned (at the Buyer’s expense) and the Buyer will receive a full refund of the cost of the puppy. If, at any time thereafter, the Buyer can no longer keep the dog, the Breeder MUST be consulted so that a suitable home can be sought. The buyer may suggest an appropriate home for said dog but this is allowed ONLY with breeder approval or the dog must be returned to the breeder. The buyer MUST spay the dog at the time of placement to any other home. In either case, no refund shall be allotted.
6. The buyer is responsible for paying a total sum of $___________ minus any deposit previously made for the puppy ($__________). The total sum is to be paid in cash, personal or certified, check or money order. Registration papers will be forwarded within sixty days.
7. The kennel name, Wildwood, must be used as part of the puppy’s registered name followed by the name the buyer has chosen. The Breeder intends to co own the puppy with the buyer to assure her safe and legal return to the Breeder should the Buyer pass away or the puppy end up in an animal shelter. The Buyer must send verification of her spay to the breeder by the time she reaches 12 months of age.

She is due for her third set of vaccines at twelve weeks of age, on or around 10/07/10. On her third and fourth set of shots, she should also be vaccinated against Bordatella and Leptospirosis. At 16- 20 weeks of age she should get a rabies vaccine. Please see the vaccination records. She has been wormed three times. Her latest worming was on 9/16/10.
10. The buyer agrees to offer this puppy a good home where she will be properly socialized and trained.
