Please contact me and I will send a sample companion contract. At the same time you will recieve our companion questionnaire which we require you to fill out and return. We do require you to spay/neuter your puppy/adult if not already done. Each puppy/adult is sold on a limited registration unless we have already registered him/her. Reciving a copy of our contract or filling out the questionnaire does NOT guarantee that you will recieve a puppy/dog from LiaNess.
