Contract/Health Guarantee
Seller guarantees puppy to be free of all Communicable Disease (Parvo, Corona, or Distemper) for a period of 48 hours from the date of delivery. Seller guarantees puppy to be free of specific debilitating Genetic Defects as follows: Heart murmur , Collapsed trachea, Hip Displacia(Debilitating), Liver Shunt until the puppy reaches one year of age. If puppy develops said genetic defects by one year of age, seller will replace it with another puppy of equal value, original puppy must be returned in original condition. There will be no cash refunds. In case of death as a result of any of the above stated defects seller must be notified within 12 hours and arrangements made for your DVM (veterinarian) to autopsy the puppy. A certified written statement on letterhead explaining the problem in detail must be signed by your veterinarian and provided to seller to validate this guarantee. Failure to do so will cause this contract to be null and void. In case of death as the result of one of the above stated genetic defects before the puppy reaches one year of age, seller will replace it with another puppy of equal value determined by seller. Registration papers must be signed and returned to breeder, there will be no cash refunds. This guarantee does not include hernias, open fontanels, hypoglycemia, coccidiosiss, worms, parasites, or giardia. We also do not guarantee against Luxating Patella due to many factors and causes of said condition, ie, an injury can cause Luxating Patella. No guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, or breeding ability. It is impossible to accurately determine the adult size of any puppy sold; therefore, we cannot give any size guarantee. Size estimate is based on bloodline, age and size of puppy at time of sale.
Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a reputable veterinarian within 48 hours from the time of the purchase and to have the breeder notified this report must be returned to the seller immediately following the examination. Failure to return written report within 24 hours of exam invalidates this contract. . If the veterinarian establishes a Major Genetic problem with the puppy upon initial examination, puppy may be returned at this time. Seller reserves the right to have puppy examined by a veterinarian of seller’s choice, before exchange is made
The seller shall not be held responsible for health issues caused by negligence on the part of the buyer. All transportation expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser. I do not guarantee AKC privileges; I have no control over AKC.
