My Health Guarentee is part of my 4 page pet/show contract.
It includes:
Lifetime money back Genetic health guarentee for all conditions that would make a dog unsuitable as a pet/companion without extenisve medical intervention. My guarentee for a show/breeding dog is more extensive.
All of my pups are placed with current vaccinations, worming, CERF eye checks, and soon MDR1 reports. This makes them more expensive upfront to help me make sure I'm providing the best information I can about my pups to their new homes.
My pet/performance only (non-breeding) pups leave my home at 12 weeks already neutered unless prior arrangements have been made.
I will always take back any of my pups for any reason and at any age, but a full refund is only guarenteed in the event of a true genetic health problem. Other refunds in the event you have to return your puppy will be discussed on a case by case basis. A dog is a lifetime commitment! Think before you buy!
I include a large puppy packet with every pet puppy which includes brushes and grooming tools, food & Coupons, information sheets on toxins, chemicals, and medications to avoid with the collie, training information, and general vet information.
