Terms of this Agreement:
By purchasing a puppy or dog online, sending a payment or presenting payment to the Seller, the Buyer understands that they are agreeing to purchase a Chihuahua and that the animal has been given first shots. The Buyer will be presented with a State Health Certificate (if shipped) and registration papers (if applicable). Seller certifies that this puppy was bred in accordance with The American Canine Association (ACA) registration requirement for purebred dogs. Breeder has made application to ACA for litter registration, and individual dog papers will be issued to the Buyer. The Buyer agrees to take full responsibility and ownership for the dog at the time of sale and understands the following: 1) If the puppy or dog qualifies for ACA registration it is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. 2) The Buyer understands that State and Local Laws regarding additional dog vaccinations and any necessary licenses should be complied with and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. 3) The Buyer agrees to assume all responsibility for the health, well-being, actions and care of the animal at the time of sale. The Seller shall not be held responsible for any subsequent illness, death or damage that might occur to the dog once the sale is complete (when the dog/puppy is in the possession of buyer) . All sales are 'as is' and final. 4) The Buyer agrees that the Seller has informed them of the following: Chihuahuas are toy dogs that should not be handled roughly. If exhausted by over-play, Chihuahua Puppies may suffer from low blood sugar and require immediate treatment. Chihuahua puppies have a soft spot on the tops of their heads, which can cause damage or death if the animal is hit there. Chihuahuas are warm weather dogs that should not be exposed to temperatures below 45 Degrees Fahrenheit without protection against the cold. The Buyer is purchasing this puppy with the understanding that Majestic Acres Chihuahuas offers a limited health warranty(see below)As puppies grow, size and color may not always be what is anticipated. We make no guaranty with regard to unanticipated size or color changes. Majestic Acres Chihuahuas reserve the right to cancel any purchase and refund the customer or refuse a purchase if they feel it threatens the well-being of a puppy. If a puppy cannot be delivered because it is no longer available or has not passed a health exam given by our veterinarian, the buyer will receive a refund within thirty days of the shipping or delivery date. In that case, the buyer may instead choose another puppy from our web page or will be sent a full refund of monies paid. Once delivered, puppy/dog may be returned at any time for any reason. Any shipping/delivery fees will be paid by buyer. By purchasing a puppy/dog from Majestic Acres Chihuahuas, the Buyer agrees to all of the terms of this agreement.
