Owner Contract
The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

Deposits are 100% refundable for any reason until the puppy is 8 weeks old. We don't want you to have one of our puppies if you aren't completely committed but we have to have a way to sort out who is truly committed and establish an order for picks.

You may return the puppy within 5 days for 100% refund for any reason.

Proven competition homes always get first picks.

Lifetime written health guarantee against congenital defects. Replacement puppy (or full refund - breeders choice) given after you send us proof of spay and return the AKC papers. You do NOT have to give us back your dog!!! Guarantee is void is the dog is ever bred (accidentally or otherwise).

You will sign a contract that says you will return the dog to us if you can no longer keep it. We do not want our dogs to end up in shelters or homes not suited for them.

All puppies are sold on AKC limited registration and spay agreement OR co-ownerships unless we know you are a proven competition home with a good reputation in the dog world. We do not want to contribute to the pet over population problem in anyway. We have worked hard to establish our lines of dogs and want to make sure (though we believe many are deserving to be bred) that breeding is done in a way to carry the breed forward and that it is done ethically.
