The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.

AKC registration is limited only
CKC registration is available on all litters
On all AKC registrations, all puppies are to be spayed or neutered for AKC papers.
Full refund is available for seriously ill puppies during the first 30 days, and we will always take-back any dog for any circumstance. If reasons are for personal, living arrangements, pet related, landlord disagreements or moving problems, no refund is granted upon return of the dog.

Deposits are necessary to select particular puppies , and are received no earlier than at 5 weeks of age.
All sales come with starter kit, care manual, registration papers after spay or neuter, and same day email support to new owners.
