Additional Terms: From Seller;
1. One year guarantee for genetic defects. If the buyers veterinarian and the breeders veterinarian discover a congenital defect that will severely interfere with the life function of mobility of the puppy described , the breeder is obliged to replace the puppy. If the breeder is unable to replace the pup within a period of six months the purchase price will be refunded. All vaccinations must be kept up to date along with worming and fecal examinations done by your Vet .Appropriate treatments must be done otherwise contract is void. 2. Buyer pays for any and all shipping
3. The consideration for this sale is the above listed sum, plus the conditions to be performed by the purchaser as hereinafter set fourth.
4.The seller assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving the premises; medical expenses, landlord disapproval, allergy to animals or any other reason, other than stated.
5. The breeder is not responsible for any veterinarian bills or any other bill regarding this puppy nor is he/she responsible for damages, physical or emotional to the buyer’s self or possessions and likewise other individuals. Nor is the breeder obligated to replace a puppy who’s problem is a result of it’s new environment. This pup must be returned to us if it is found to be sick. We will not replace a pup until the other pup is returnedPurchaser: The purchaser agrees never to give or sale said dog to any Pet Shop, pet farm or similar institution. If within seventy-two hours of the date of this dogs arrival, the purchaser believes the dog to be sick, the purchaser agrees to return it to the seller along with a letter from the examining veterinarian and his phone number. The seller will either replace the dog within a reasonable time, refund the purchase price or return the dog in well condition..This contract is not transferable and is valid only if signed and returned to us from the buyer
