1. Shot / worming record provided seperately.. This Breeder prefers NOT to use Lepto in shots.
2. To the best of our knowledge, this dog is in good healthy condition, exception: over bite / hernia /___________________________ (GA law requires this)
3. Show/Breeding ____ Pet Quality only____ (No guarantee of perfect conformation, size, color or temperament is given.)
4. If sold at reduced price for Pet, AKC Registration papers will be held until proof of spay /neuter if prior arrangements are made otherwise, no papers will be given.
5. This pup/dog is sold with an application for registration with AKC and at the time of sale, pup/dog is fully eligible for registration. If at any time due to circumstances beyond breeders control (or actions of others) AKC papers are suspended, Breeder cannot be held responsible.
6. Buyer agrees to have pup examined by certified vet within 72 hours from purchase at cost to the buyer. If any life threatening condition is found, Buyer may return puppy with report from a licensed vet within 96 hours. If our vet confirms condition, a full refund will be given or pup will be replaced with another pup of same sex and equal value when one is available. Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
7. Buyer shall assume full responsibility for the health, temperament, and appearance of the pup upon possession and will maintain said pup/dog in good health with periodic check-ups and immunizations at Buyer’s expense. Under no circumstances is the Breeder to be responsible for the pup/dog or pup/dog’s behavior.
8. Any dog/pup that is shipped will have a full health exam by a veterinarian including but not limited to checking bites and testicles.
9. If pup is shipped via commercial air transport and pup is fatally injured, the insurance coverage purchased by the prospective Buyer will be in effect and conditions other than these are not warranted.
10. Buyer certifies this puppy is not for resale and that said puppy will never be place in an animal shelter. Right of first refusal will be given to the Breeder/Seller.
11. Under no circumstances is Breeder/Seller to be held responsible for medical services.
12. If Buyer brings litigation against Breeder/Seller, then such shall be done in the county and state of Breeder/Seller. If such litigation finds in favor of Breeder/Seller, Buyer shall be responsible for Breeder’s attorney’s fees, expenses and all court costs.
THIS BREEDER WILL REPLACE THIS DOG IF IT DIES DUE TO ANY HEREDITARY PROBLEMS WITHIN 6 MONTHS IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET.
1. Buyer must consult with Breeder within 24 hours of any illness and follow advice of Breeder”s veterinarian.
2. Buyer must have any postmortem exam performed by the Breeder's veterinarian or Breeder's vet of choice within 24 hours of death.
