Sales Agreement


The following terms constitute a sales agreement between the seller, ______________________ and buyer(s), _______________________, regarding the puppy as described: Breed______________, Color_________________, Sex________, DOB:_____________ and AKC litter registration number_______________. These terms are entered into and agreed upon by all parties.

Therefore it is agreed:

This puppy is sold as a pet/companion dog for the sum of:____________, with the puppy to remain in the custody of the seller until the full amount has been paid. Puppy must remain in the custody of seller until the puppy has reached the age of eight weeks. A deposit of __________ at the time of signing to be applied toward payment of full purchase price. This contract will serve as a receipt for that of a non-refundable deposit. Should a selected puppy turn out to be not available, deposit will be refunded.

Puppies are held with a non-refundable deposit of two-hundred dollars, cerified funds or cash only. The buyer will have five business days for seller to receive deposit once they have selected the puppy.

If for any reason the buyer decides not to purchase the puppy after the deposit has been received by the seller, deposit will not be refunded.

Puppies sold with Limited Registration.

Attached to this bill of sale is Health Guarantee.

All parties have read and understand the terms of this agreement.
