Mentmore Spaniels
1. Purchase price of________________ with Limited AKC Registration. With Limited AKC Registration Buyer agrees to have said puppy spayed or neutered around 6 months of age.
2. Buyer agrees to have said puppy examined by a licensed vet within 48 hours of pickup (Business Days) from Buyer and the date of this contract. If something is found wrong the Seller must be notified within 48 hours for replacement or refund of purchase price only.
3. Said puppy is guaranteed for hereditary health problems, (heart, eyes and hips), until 2 years of age. Two veterinary opinions required for a replacement (one chosen by Buyer and one chosen by Seller). If a problem is found the original AKC Registration Papers must be returned to Seller and replacement puppy will be given to Buyer upon availability (Sex, Color, Markings, Equal Quality & Pricing – Buyer understands that it may take up to 1 year for replacement – If a puppy of a higher quality and/or price is chosen for replacement – Buyer must pay the difference to receive a replacement puppy) – Buyer understands fully No Cash Refunds Will Be Given after the first 48 hours as stated above. Seller will not be held responsible for any vet or medical bills of said puppy.
4. Guarantee is null and void if bred before 18 months of age and/or bred when sold with Limited AKC Registration (No Breeding Rights – Spay or Neuter Agreement).
5. If AKC Registration Papers are not available at time of exchange, they will be mailed to Buyer when Seller has received them from AKC.
6. The Buyer agrees to return the puppy at Buyers expense to the Seller if the puppy can not be kept by them for any reason at no cost to the Seller.
