SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Seller guarantees that Buyer will be satisfied with the puppy purchased. If Buyer is not satisfied with the puppy received, puppy may be returned to Seller at Buyer’s cost. At Seller’s option, Seller will replace puppy with another puppy of equal value, and as available. This Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for two (2) days (forty-eight (48) hours) after the Buyer receives the puppy and/or takes physical possession of puppy, whichever is later (see puppy information for actual possession date), provided that the puppy was not injured, harmed or neglected within time frame. We go to great lengths to produce healthy, sound pups. We take pride in satisfying new owners with the selection of their puppy and/or pet, and we want very much for you to be pleased with your new addition. All dogs are sold in good faith. No dog is sold for any specific use or guarantee of performance, such as brood bitch, stud dog, show dog or field trial competitor. Each owner has the ability to teach and train their dog into whatever they feel their animal can achieve.
GENERAL AGREEMENT TERMS
Replacement Pups / Animals: Seller reserves the right to replace Buyer’s pup/animal within nine (9) months from date of claim. We will replace the dog with another of equal value, and as available (dog may or may not be same color/coat/pattern as first one). Purchaser is responsible for all delivery and pickup costs of the returned and replacement dog. Costs many include but not limited to gas, shipping cost, insurance, food, water, security, etc. Buyer must adhere to all stipulations and guidelines within this contract / agreement to qualify for replacement animal.
Cash Refunds: Breeder does NOT give cash refunds; we replace the puppy with a new one of equal value, and as available
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Size Estimates: Adult sizes and weights are estimates only, based on breed type and knowledge of approximately how large a pup/dog will become once 1-year old. Poundage limitations are not an exact science and cannot be guaranteed to only be “X” pounds when grown. Food, diet, exercise, age and metabolism of each animal is different and has a direct impact on the adult “maintenance weight” poundage and size of animal. If buyer is unhappy with dog’s size once fully grown, this reason does not qualify to have dog replaced with another animal.
Color / Coat / Pattern: Breeder cannot guarantee color, coat, pattern will stay the same when puppy gets older. If buyer is unhappy with dog’s color/coat/pattern once fully grown, this reason does not qualify to have the dog replaced with another puppy/dog or a refund of any kind.
Fertility / Reproduction: Seller does not guarantee the potency, fertility or ability of any animal to either conceive and/or reproduce. Seller is not responsible for the quality of pups or litter size.
Vet Bills: Seller is not responsible for any vet bills of any type, or any refunds for vet bills once Buyer has taken possession of animal. This includes, but is not limited to, any complications during pregnancy, surgery, breeding, or other forms of potentially life threatening form of care, or general care.
Buyer’s Records: It is the sole responsibility of Buyer(s) to keep accurate and timely records of all vet transactions, check-up’s, vaccinations and fecal analyses. All guarantees will be nullified if Buyer cannot produce records of animal’s care from Buyer’s duly licensed veterinarian at the time claim is made.
Medical Care: You the Owner/Buyer are required to seek and have administered all immunizations. Animal is to be checked for internal parasites (fecal analysis) every 6-months until one (1) year of age. Dog is to be put on heartworm preventative at six (6) months of age. If illness occurs, animal is to immediately receive veterinarian care, during regular hours or emergency room hours; whichever is of greater need, and all prescribed treatment is to be followed to the letter. Written proof will be required to verify items herewith.
All information contained within this contract and information about the animal to be purchased, we affirm that information provided in this document and pertaining to this transaction is true to be best of Seller’s knowledge and belief.
Note: Contract not binding until signed by at least one (1) each of both Buyer(s) and Seller(s). Document does NOT require both spouses (Buyer’s) to sign in order to place document in effect. Immediately upon signature completion of at least one (1) party each, this contract becomes a legal and binding document, with no seventy-two (72) hour contract waiver clause as agreed herewith by Buyer(s) and Seller(s) and is therefore waived. If a minor is purchasing an animal, a minimum of one (1) parent or legal guardian must sign for contract to be legal. No contract will be entered into with any minor under eighteen (18) years of age. Minors under the age of 18 are required to have a parent make the purchase for them, with parent(s) being bound accordingly to stipulations of this document, regardless of minor's actions.
Original contract to be retained by Seller. A copy of this Three (3) page contract has been provided to Buyer(s).
Buyer(s) has read and understands all terms in this Three (3) page contract.
