The puppy you are purchasing is a companion pet, outlined below, is guaranteed by Coosa Creek Cavaliers (CCC) to be a fully registered, purebred Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with a three-generation pedigree, whose lineage contains only fully registered Cavaliers.

Deposit Agreement:
A deposit in the amount of $500 is required to hold a puppy. This deposit is REFUNDABLE; if for any reason you decide you cannot give one of my puppies a home, I will refund your deposit -- no questions asked. The balance for the puppy must be paid in full before it can leave CCC premises.
Health Guarantee:
Your puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has had a comprehensive health exam. Your puppy has been screened by my board certified specialists to insure its heart and eyes are free from any congenital (at birth) defect. Coosa Creek Cavaliers has taken every precaution possible to provide healthy, well-socialized puppies, which includes breeding only dogs that have been examined and determined free of heart murmurs, MVD, eye disorders and other congenital disorders.
CCC does not represent this puppy to be a potential show dog. Buyer understands that the puppy being purchased is an extremely fragile breed. Furthermore, buyer understands additional care will be needed to ensure health and well being of puppy. There is no warranty/guarantee for hypoglycemia, training or behavior problems or for allergies either for the puppy or for the people purchasing the puppy. There is no warranty that you will be able to use this pet for showing or breeding purposes.
All puppies will be sold as companion pets only. If there is an interest in involving this puppy in the “Cavaliers for Therapy” certification program, CCC supports this.
Your puppy has been vaccinated and wormed on a healthy, preventative schedule and will be up to date on all vaccinations at the time of purchase. This care must continue on a timely basis, including yearly boosters, or this contract is null & void.
Your puppy is guaranteed for 72 hours from from date of purchase to be healthy and free of communicable and infectious diseases such as parvo, corona, or distemper.
72-Hour Vet Examination Agreement:
Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian, at the Buyer's expense, within 72 hours from the time of the purchase and to have the Veterinary Examination Report completed by the attending veterinarian. This report must be returned to CCC immediately following the examination. Failure to return written report within 24 hours of exam invalidates this contract. This report may be faxed to 866-760-1205. If this veterinarian establishes a problem with the puppy upon initial examination, puppy may be returned at this time and all monies refunded (within the 72 hour period).
Coosa Creek Cavaliers will not pay any veterinarian expenses or shipping expenses. If Buyer chooses to have a Veterinary Specialist examine puppy, seller will not reimburse any expenses.
Puppy is guaranteed for one (1) year from puppy's birthdate against hereditary disorders of Mitral Valve Disease and Patellar Luxation if it interferes with this puppy's ability to lead a normal life. No other guarantees apply. Should a veterinary find above-mentioned hereditary disorders within one (1) year of puppy's birthdate, Buyer must supply CCC with veterinarian's written report within 14 days of diagnosis. CCC reserves the right to have diagnosis verified by our veterinarian.
Buy-Back Policy:
CCC reserves the right to buy back puppy at half of purchase price plus shipping. If CCC declines to buy back dog, we will offer it through out re-homing program. NEVER can Buyer turn dog over to a wholesale broker, pet shop, wholesale puppy mill, humane society or dog pound.
Puppy Lemon Law: This agreement is made and entered into in the State of Florida pursuant to FL State Statute Section 828.29 and shall be enforced and interpreted under the laws of this State. It is the consumer's right, pursuant to Section 828.29, Florida Statutes, to receive a certificate of veterinary inspection with each dog or cat purchased from a pet dealer. Such certificate shall list all vaccines and deworming medications administered to the animal and shall state that the animal has been examined by a Florida-licensed veterinarian who certifies that, to the best of the veterinarian's knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the veterinary examination. In the event that the consumer purchases the animal and finds it to have been unfit for purchase as provided in section 828.29(5), Florida Statutes, the consumer must notify the pet dealer within 2 business days of the veterinarian's determination that the animal was unfit. The consumer has the right to retain, return, or exchange the animal and receive reimbursement for certain related veterinary services rendered to the animal, subject to the right of the dealer to have the animal examined by another veterinarian.
