K-Dachs guarantees that this dog shall be free of genetic abnormalities (abnormalities are only those that lead to the detriment or death of said animal) for the period of up to 12 months of age. Seller reserves the right to obtain a second opinion from a veterinarian of sellers choice at cost to the seller. If unsoundness is determined, puppy will be replaced with another puppy of equal value when one becomes available. Equal value equates to the same sex, color, pattern as originally purchased puppy.
Purchaser agrees to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian with seventy-two (72) hours after purchase at purchaser’s expense. This contract is null and void if purchaser elects to not have the puppy checked within this time frame. Examination should include a stool check for parasites. If the purchaser’s veterinarian finds cause for return of the puppy for any non-treatable health reason, seller must be informed with seventy - two (72) hours of purchase. Seller’s veterinarian shall be allowed to examine said puppy. Provided both seller’s veterinarian and purchaser’s veterinarian agree that there is reasonable cause for return of the puppy due to non-treatable health reason which existed at time of purchase, and further provided that the puppy has been properly cared for while in purchaser’s possession, seller will replace the puppy originally purchased with another puppy of equal value when one is available. Equal value equates to the same sex, color, pattern as originally purchased puppy.
