Buyer warrants and guarantees as part of the consideration for this sale:

1) That the dog will be given adequate and proper housing .....
2) The dog will be given proper veterinary care .....
3) The buyer shall use the name CuddlemeMi-Ki as a prefix .....
4) Pet quality dog, may not be bred at all .....
5) Puppies will be neutered or spayed .....

Seller warrants and agrees:

1) That she is lawful owner of the dog .....
2) All puppies/dogs are guaranteed healthy at the time of sale .....
3) If a puppy/dog is sold as a breeder, it is guaranteed .....

This contract shall be governed by the laws of California.
