The new owner contract shown is a sample posted by this member as a representative of the agreement you would enter into prior to obtaining a puppy/dog from this breeder. It is not, nor does it imply, a contract with or guarantee by QualityDogs.com, endorsement by QualityDogs.com of this contract, or any responsibility, express or implied, by QualityDogs.com. The breeder listed is solely responsible for the content of this contract and its satisfaction. For your protection, QualityDogs.com recommends obtaining a printed, signed copy of any contract.


Contracts are provided upon initial approval to receive an Ankhu Italian Greyhound.

Pet Contracts: Spay/neuter agreement, Co-ownership until proof of spay/neuter is provided, and Limited AKC registration. This dog may not be registered in any other registries unless approval is gotten first from the co-owner/breeder. Also, all Ankhu IG's must be returned to us, if for any reason, the owner can no longer keep the dog.

Show Contracts: Co-ownership, Full AKC registration, and a strict breeding/showing policy. Dog cannot be registered in any other registries unless approval is gotten first from the co-owner/breeder. Dog must complete AKC Ch. requirements, and pass all health testing before any consideration will be given to approval to breed said dog. Dog must be returned to us if the owner can no longer keep it.

None of our dogs can be sold, or given away without our permission.
