BREEDER guarantees that at the time of purchase PUPPY is sound and in good health, and has had all current vaccinations. If PUPPY at any time up to fifteen (15) days after BUYER takes custody of PUPPY shows signs of ill health, BUYER is entitled to return PUPPY to BREEDER for a full and immediate refund. If PUPPY at any time up to two (2) years after BUYER takes custody of PUPPY displays symptoms of a life-threatening or seriously debilitating congenital or genetic defect such as patella luxation of grade 3 or higher, hydrocephalus, heart disease or defect, or such, as confirmed by a check by a veterinarian of BREEDER’S choice and at BREEDER’S expense, BUYER is entitled to a full and immediate refund. BREEDER will not reimburse any medical expenses incurred on PUPPY’S behalf by BUYER. This guarantee does not cover problems as a result of injury, acquired illness, poisoning, etc. Because long term studies on prepubescent neuter of dogs have shown that this practice can cause a number of developmental defects and/or long-term health problems, neutering PUPPY prior to one (1) year of age, unless prescribed by a licensed veterinarian as emergency treatment of a life-threatening ailment, shall negate the health guarantee.
