This deposit is refundable in full should the puppy die or become unfit for sale, as determined by the Sellers. If the Buyer(s) choose to cancel this contract prior to purchase, the Buyer(s) may choose to either
(A) apply their deposit toward another puppy, or
(B) have their deposit refunded, less $400.
Payment in full must be made prior to the Buyer(s) taking ownership of the dog. Payment must be made in cash, money order, or certified check, or via credit card. If the puppy is to be flown, payment must be received by the Sellers 48 hours prior to flight.
Sellers agree to provide Buyer(s) with AKC registration application for ( full | limited ) registration, at the time of purchase or as soon after purchase as it is provided to the Sellers by AKC. Sellers agree to provide all appropriate shots and wormings prior to sale, and to provide the Buyer(s) with a written health guarantee and veterinary health certificate at the time of purchase.
