If anyone has dealt with Valley Fever in dogs please respond.

Our Airedale Terrier is 9 and we think she has valley fever but her tests have come back negative. She has lost her ability to walk on he back 2 legs. She seems to have all the symptoms. She's currently being treated for valley fever and is on pain medication. She's in a lot of pain. The other vet wants to put her down today. She shows signs of pain but also signs she can play. The vet only looked at the original x rays from the other vet. The one tests we were told that might diagnose bone cancer would be a bone biopsy at about $500. The family is torn on what to do. The current dr showed us numerous tests that could be taken not including the bone biopsy that would cost about $2000. The additional tests are Ultrasound-abdomen, ultrasound guided FNA, ultrasound-small part, G-radiograph-survey 2V, blood pressue-initial. If it is valley fever is there hope she can recover and would she get full recovery of her legs again? Thanks, we're really torn on what to do here.
