The last two pups from our Dec 22 litter are ready to go to their new families. Both males, one is fawn and one is blue. Both pups are full AKC registered, have tails docked, dewclaws removed and come with a free puppy pack, new collar, new toy, extra food packs and lifetime genetic guarantee. We no longer offer ear cropping as more and more families like the natural look, and because our vet is semi-retired.... very hard to schedule.

We have a new litter due Feb 20 and expect reds and more fawns. Our black pups are expected in the March 26 litter. Looking forward to some beautiful up and coming spring litters.

2 litters due in December. First litter due December 7 from Griz and Bear, pups will all be vWD clear and we expect reds and blacks. This is a specific back to back breeding of this pair. Our late December litter will be from Charley and Bullett, pups will be vWD carrier and all 4 AKC accepted colors are probable. Both litters should have large pups, full AKC registered, several wormings and first puppy shots when picked up. We do NOT offer ear cropping as our vet is now semi-retired. We have 2 full AKC/CKC registered black doberman females waiting for their forever homes. After canceling a sale on our 8 week old baby girl, she is now available and can be seen on this blog entry. The other pup is also full AKC/CKC registered and will be available for picking up the weekend of Oct 17-18 only. There will be no shipping available since all pups will be sold prior to Oct 22. Older pup should be a standard sized female of about 75 lbs. The younger pup should be much larger according to the puppy's weight now. At 3 weeks old the pups in this litter were either very close (both females) or well over (the males) the 4 lb mark. We're looking at more ponies in this litter.

......Alex's litter arrived very early Tuesday morning, 9/8/2009 and by Wednesday morning, all pups were sold with deposits coming in. The pups are huge, pudgy and very vocal. Mom is doing great with them and the pups are thriving under her care. We're very happy with this litter. We have 2 more scheduled breedings this year and are taking names for the waiting lists now. Pups should arrive in the December timeframe with Charley and Bullett throwing all 4 AKC recognized colors and Griz and Bear throwing the beautiful reds and blacks highly sought after. We have several breeders on hold for the Griz/Bear pairing since all pups will be vWD clear by parentage, so I doubt there will be too many pups available from that litter.

.....and the waiting list is growing by leaps and bounds. Chloe is getting heavy and looks like she's going to have a great litter to end her career. We're expecting between 8-10 pups on the large size, as always, about August 12. It's always a surprise to see the colors, but since we don't breed any white or white factor individuals, we won't get any negative surprises! Pictures will be coming to our website very soon as we are at 2 weeks and counting!

Dobieden doberman pups

All of Maggie's June puppies have found homes, but Penny and 2 of her fawn pups are available and looking for new homes at this time. Penny is a beautiful deep dark mahogany red, super sweet, standard size loving doberman female. Would be a wonderful house dog and gets along with everyone and other animals. Does NOT chase cats. Her 2 fawn daughters are absolutely delightful and we've dropped their price to $600 each of both for $1000 because we would really like to keep the pups together. They've bonded to each other and would make the best companions. Pups can still be shipped, but Penny is too large to ship and must be picked up in eastern NC. We're asking $300 for her to make sure she gets a great home.

Most of the doberman pups are now in their new homes, but we still have 2 fawn females from Penny's 5/2 litter, and 1 black male and 2 red females waiting for families, from Maggies 6/5 litter. The Dobieden will be keeping one of the red females from Maggie's litter for our own bloodlines. Several of our dogs will be spayed and retired this year, so we will keep a very limited number of top quality pups to continue breeding healthy pets for the public.

Maggie delivered a beautiful litter of 8 pups on Friday night, 6/5/2009. 3 blacks and 5 reds with only 2 pups just barely under 1 lb when born. Pups will be very large, both parents are OFA good and vWD tested. Maggie and Bullett have produced stunning pups in the past and it looks like this litter will match her last in quality. ......to go home to their new families. I have 1 black male left from Griz's April 17 litter (vWD clear) and one fawn female and one fawn male from Penny's May 2 litter (vWD carrier). Everyone is doing great and we have really enjoyed meeting the parents coming in to meet their new pups as they arrive to meet all our other dobermans, and make their selections..... one of the best parts that we enjoy the most in our breedings.

Penny pups got their tails and dewclaws done this morning and all did great. The 11 reds and fawns are now back home with mama "eating" and sleeping, as all babies do. This litter will be ready to pick up the June 13 weekend.

Griz and Bear are the proud parents of 11 beautiful vWD clear doberman pups. Pups are sold with full AKC registration, tails docked, dewclaws removed, several puppy wormings and first puppy shot. Pups will be available Memorial Day weekend and we only have 1 black female, 1 black male and 2 red females available. We're very excited about this new litter of beautiful chubby pups. Been a couple months since I posted a blog entry, but I haven't had any litters to report since November 2008. We are now 6 days away from our newest litter due date and very excited because it looks like mama is going to give us a fine big litter. She's been in the house for the last 2 weeks getting used to the whelping room and the people traffic inside and out. Most of the pups are already spoken for from the waiting list, but I'm sure we'll have a couple still available for interested parties. The 6 month old female and her fawn brother came back vWD clear from VetGen testing. Female weighs 61 lbs and the male weighs 74 lbs at 24 weeks old. Parents of the pups are both OFA GOOD and we can ship anywhere in the continental US for an additional fee. We have 20 years experience breeding quality pet doberman pinschers and can provide pedigrees and references. Both pups have had all their shots and their ears are cropped and posted.
We also have a beautiful 9 month old blue male available. He is vWD carrier, had all his shots, is on monthly heartworm preventative, tail docked, dewclaws removed and ears cropped in a show cut.

We now have a red female dobie pup available in our Nov 21 litter. The buyer prefers to wait for a pup from our planned Penny/Bullett litter, so she'll be reqdy to pick up Jan 3 or ship out in mid-January.
