A Visitor asked the following question on 9/27/2006
My westie who is 10 years old began moaning and had a tense abdomen. Took her to the vet. Had injections. Began lifting head like baying to moon, panting, breathing irregularity. When home panting, roaming around house like on a mission, head down, tail between legs, would lay down for a couple minutes then back up. One vet thinks it is neurological... another possible neck pain. What do you think? Anyone had this experience? May see a neurologist on Thursday.

10/10/10 Abdominal pain can also cause the same symptoms. Did they palpate her abdomin and xrays? Did they do blood work to determine if she has an electrolyte imbalance. Just seen the date, what happened? Laurel
