My 10 year old Westie, Sammee, has been diagnosed with liver failure. He has been put on medication and a special diet. Does anyone know anything about this condition?

I'm so sorry to hear the sad news. Looking info up online is a good way to learn more. Its very complicated. The diet is important to follow.
I just seen the date, I'm not sure its accurate since the question just showed up as unanswered.
