A Visitor asked the following question on 1/13/2007
I have two whippets and both of them have had at least two worts each. I have a brindle that is 12yrs old and he has had two small worts that we had removed. However, my 10yr old blue whippet always has at least three worts on his body. His worts get huge (quarter sized) and loose their hair. One of them popped and we had it removed. We have had atleast four removed because they were huge or close to his spine. The vet says they are not cancerious, just ugly. Has anyone ever heard of a problem like this before? Have you had any problems with worts on your whippets?

2/11/07 I Have had this happen to my whippet the vet said the same. It is about the diet that you are feeding them you need to change them to all meat diet Like Evo www.naturapet.com that has no grain in it. Tina Rae
