Depends on the Breeder, as to the asking price.
Research the Breed first then the Breeder.
Ask a lot of questions.
Inquire about temperment, behavior, aggressiveness.
Ask to meet the parents.
You can also talk to your local husky rescue!

Depends on the amount of genetic testing done to that individual dog and his anscestors, the length of the health guarentee, the level of training the dog has, and also some people charge more for rare colors, breedable animals, and DNA profiling,... so on and so forth.
A good rescue usually has one for under $200
