Do Siberian Huskies eat cats and smaller dogs?

Siberians that are raised from young pups with cats and smaller dogs, get along with them. They form a pack with those that they are raised with, however, that doesn't mean that they won't attack a strange one. They don't normally eat them but they will pounce on them or shake them until they stop moving, much like they are playing with a stuffed toy.
