I have five children ages 3-10, and I'm looking for a good dog that will get along with them. What kind of dog should I look at?

Hi,
The breed or sex of the dog matter far less than the dogs temperament. The puppy that is perfect for your home will test out to be highly forgiving and not overly possessive. It will come from the middle of the social heirarchy of it's litter and will be a very confident puppy.
