My pug will be 10 years old this summer It seems that he is choking and has a tough time when he tries to get his breath. It started about 6 months ago and seems to be getting worse. I thought it was a cold at first but sometimes it is hard for him when he first gets up in the morning and through the day he also chokes and it seems like he is gagging What can I do?
