I think my pom is pregnant by my shihtzu.I was wondering if you think she will be able to have the puppies alright or would they be to big?

Depends on the size of your pom. However, any dog, regardless of size can run into problems and need a section. Size isn't the only determinator. I would consult your vet about 7 weeks into her pregancy (from the time she was bred). He/she can do an x-ray to help determine size. They can best advise if a section will be necessary.
