There is a puppy in our area for sale and it is listed as Sheltie/Eskimo/Norwegian Elkhound. I have a Sheltie but know nothing about the the other breads, we love our sheltie and also had a collie and they are wonderful dogs. Can you tell me how big they get are they a good pet for a family and is the Nor Elkhound a very dense fury animal? Where do I find the information I need when buying a dog like this. She said the mother is the Sheltie and she is 22 in high and the father is smaller. Thanks Carol
