What is the lowest/regular price for a female Maltese Puppy?

You get the quality you pay for.... That said, I personally have seen a pretty wide range from 300 for a puppy mill puppy to 3000 for a pet from a top show breeder. The average is 1200-2500 depending on the qualities presented.
