Are Maltese as hard to housebreak as the Bjorn Frise?

I am not familiar with the Bjorn Frise however, I can tell you it really depends on you. You can go to my website www.caresalotpetcare.com to read the newsletter that I send out monthly. I have an article entitled Housebreaking Hassles. Be aware, please, that my website is under construction. I am working on it daily, but sometimes one "glitch" can take hours to rewrite. I haven't even submitted it to search engines yet.
