My lab has been favoring and limping on her rightfront side. She seems to be in pain.

I'd take her to the vet. It could be any number of things from a problem with their pad, broken bone, calcium deposit in her sholder, et. The thing is, you won't know for sure until the vet checks him/her out. I'm a big advocate of finding an excellent vet you can trust, who will explain things, and teach you about your dog.
