A Visitor asked the following question on 2/15/2007
We purchased a wonderful animal from a shelter, but HE WON'T GO NEAR ANY BODY OF WATER. Attempts to cajole, beg, plead to get our dog into a small stream are unsuccessful. Is there a way or ways to train our dog into joining us in water? We're not talking deep water, we're talking ponds, small lakes and streams that can be easily forded. He loves snow, but won't join us for play in water. Please help.
